  1. Why are you different from other recruiters?

    Quite simply, we put the right people in the right place. We are personable communicators who take the time to get to know you as an individual rather than just a CV.

  2. Will I have one point of contact?

    Absolutely, we also encourage a secondary contact so there is always someone available to speak to you.

  3. Once I have sent you my CV, how long will it be before I can expect to hear from you?

    We endeavour to make contact within 24 hours.

  4. How long should my CV be?

    It doesn’t necessarily matter but typically, clients will review the first 2 pages so these need to contain the most relevant information

  5. Do I need to put all my previous places of employment on my CV?

    Yes but concentrate mainly on the most recent years experience.

  6. Should I include all areas of education?

    Yes, together with all qualifications.

  7. Is it really necessary to include hobbies and interests?

    Yes, demonstrating extra curricular activities can be a good way of building rapport with a potential employer.

  8. Should I list my salary and total earnings to each position of employment on my CV?

    No, we will take full details of this and advise appropriately.

  9. Do you send my CV out on spec?

    No, we always give you full control of who sees your CV.

  10. How do you manage contractor payroll?

    You will liase with a single point of contact and will be paid promptly on receipt of (a correctly) signed timesheet and invoice.

  11. How will MNM assess my technical skills?

    We test technical skills online.

  12. What preparation will MNM provide me with prior to attending an interview?

    We will ensure you are fully prepared and aware of what the interview process will consist of i.e. technical/psychometric tests, interviewer (s) name, title and background, how many stages to expect and how the company can match your career requirements and aspirations.
